- Why can't I submit my timesheet?
- If you are a Corp to Corp, here are a few things to check:
- Your invoice must be uploaded weekly. If you do not upload an invoice, you will receive an error when you try to submit your timesheet.
- You can only upload one document each week. If you are trying to upload more than one document, it will not work. Only your invoice for the week you are submitting hours is required.
- For both Corp-to-Corps and W2s, here is something to check:
- You must fill out the work description to submit your hours for the week. If you do not, you will receive an error message notifying you to fill out the work description.
- What if I didn't work on a specific day?
- For days you didn't work, please input zero hours for that particular day(s).
- What if I don't have hours for an entire week?
- If you do not have hours for an entire week, you will be given the option in the portal to select a button that says "No Hours for Week Ending (with the date)." Select the button to report which week you have no hours for. Please find below a sample of what the buttons will look like.

- When do my timesheets need to be submitted?
- Time sheets must be submitted weekly. You are required to submit your hours by Monday at 12:00 pm (EST) each week for the prior week of work.
- Corp to Corp – weekly invoices need to be submitted.

- Where can I see my pay stubs?
- If you have been onboarded as a W2, you can access these through ADP, which CXC should have sent you access to when you were onboarded.
- If you have been onboarded as Corp-to-Corp, you can access your paid invoices through the "My CXC Portal," which they would have sent you access to when you were onboarded.
- Who do I contact if I am still having trouble submitting time sheets?
- At the start of your project, you were provided with the name of the Account Manager responsible for your project. Please contact your assigned Account Manager.
- When will I get paid?
- When you first start a project, there is a delay, depending on the timing of when you start your project and when we pay for those hours; once you receive your first paycheck, you get paid every other Friday. Please refer to the chart below to understand when you will be paid for each week of work.

- If your timesheet isn't submitted in time, you will get paid on the following pay cycle for the week(s) you missed. We strongly suggest that you submit timesheets on the submit date; otherwise you will wait another two weeks for payment!

- At the start of your project you were provided with the name for the Account Manager responsible for your project. Please contact your assigned Account Manager.
